8 Ways to Remove Stress


Do you have any stress?

I think everyone has or has had this uncomfortable feeling, which could depress you.

In other case, it could make you explode or even cause both. And stress is the enemy of neuron of hippocampus, the essential part of brain which takes charge of memory and learning.

That is, this stress is certainly a monster which should be removed.

The problem is that the more you think about it, the more you get stressed out (just like how I was doing recently). But if you know how to get rid of this in an effective and healthy way, isn’t it great?

So Voila, below are the 8 ways to remove or reduce the stress based on some research and my experience (there are others but those are my preference).

  3. Do some exercise
  4. Sleep 
  5. Entertain 
  6. Write down the feeling 
  7. Travel
  8. Socialize

In fact, these actions can benefit our lives even we are not stressed out, so it is a good reminder for all including myself.
