English日本語EspañolFrançaisPortuguês

“A year without learning is a wasted year”

My coaching fellow once told me, and I really liked the phrase.

How was your 2021?

10 Reasons to start planting foods at home

English日本語EspañolFrançaisPortuguês

Among so many things in our planet, there is one big group which maintains life of all living things.

What is it?

Plants. Maybe if we remove Ego from PLANET, it becomes PLANT. WIthout them, our complex eco-system will be destroyed.

We sort of know that it is true, but in a modern convenient society where more and more people live in cities and can do so many things with one click, we tend to detach ourselves from plants.

EnglishEspañolFrançaisPortuguês, 日本語

One of the most needed skills in the 21st century skill is facilitation, which is critical for leaders, educators, supervisors, parents, you name it.

Just because you know the content well, it doesn’t mean you can facilitate/educate others.

At the beginning of the year (yes, 1/12 of the year has passed) I had a chance to participate in 7 day training facilitated by more than 10 people. The topics covered are diverse including leadership, communication, remote work, job interview, etc. From there, I came across 5 main key points that were common among great facilitators.
