Happy New Year 2023 from Japan!

Please receive my warmest greeting and attached new year card I drew, hoping that your 2024 will be the “Fruitful” year as shown in Japanese calligraphy “実”.

This year of the Dragon (5th of 12 Zodiac cycle animals) is said to be a symbol of shaping growth. Also, since the dragon is the only imaginary animal in the zodiac, I hope 2024 will be a year in which your ideas and imagination come to fruition with full of wellbeing.

How many hidden words can you see in the dragon drawing?

Below are hidden words from the last year’s drawing (mostly Japanese).

Happy New Year 2021 for 育

EnglishEspañolFrançais日本語, Portuguese

Happy New Year 2021 from Kobe, Japan!

Please receive my warmest greeting and attached new year card I drew, hoping that your 2021 will be the year of “raise/harvest” as shown in Japanese calligraphy “育 (Iku)”.

The year of the ox (2nd Zodiac cycle animals) is said to be a symbol of the harbinger (buds) that will grow/move forward albeit slowly. Although 2020 was a tough year and in many ways an “increasing” year (増).

I hope you and your loved ones will have a wonderful 2021, both physically and mentally. I look forward to seeing you in person and/or online this year.

PS: Maybe you might see something in the drawing.

Warmest greeting,
